Quark, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat PDF. We also will accept Word or Excel files. These will need to be reformatted into press-ready files. Remember to provide all the original graphics/photos used.

Color modes:
Pantone (PMS) or CMYK. NO RGB.

Photo resolution:
Minimum resolution 300 dpi
Stock photos can be purchased for an additional fee.

Bleed:
Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during final cutting. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product. Please keep all text at least 0.25” inside the cut-line. The bleed should extend 0.125” past the cut-line.

Proofs:
PDF proof will be provided before printing for approval. Hard copy proofs upon request.
